Delivery Summary

  • Shipping Transit: Once dispatched, transit typically takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Timeframe: Orders arrive within 5–9 business days from the purchase date.
  • Order Confirmation and Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once the order has been shipped, a separate email will be sent containing tracking details.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is free within the United Kingdom.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@casloria.com. Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet entered processing. If the order has already been delivered and you no longer wish to keep it, a return request can be submitted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us by email at support@casloria.com and include the following:

  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging

After review, you can choose to receive a replacement item or a full refund.
